I heart DAMASK!

I made this cake for a friends wedding rehearsal. Four layers, flour less chocolate cake, amazing lemon, white velvet, and chocolate candy bar cake! Draped in white fondant, and stenciled with royal icing. The flowers are calla lilies and cymbidium orchids and are made of gumpaste.

Oh, Baby!

Just wanted to share this baby cake I made for a friend of mine. Made to look like the babies room, with a gumpaste tree and quilted pieces.

I just love the way she decorated lil' baby Reagan's room.

Sweet Mystery

For Valentines Day
My husband, so sweet
Bought hand made chocolates
For me as a treat
In a flower covered box
Came the delicious confection
But I am at a loss to answer
A most curious question
How can two pounds of chocs
So delicious on the lips
Manage in just one night
To put 5lbs on my hips

Thanksgiving Turkey Cake

This was made for my Sister-in-Law. Her work had a charity dessert auction, this was ALOT of fun to make. All the "veggies" are made of gumpaste, and the "stuffing" is the spice cake that the "turkey" is made of.
